Binance was awarded Digital Asset Exchange of the Year at the 8th Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence 2025, celebrated in person on 10 November 2025, in recognition of its industry-leading compliance capabilities and ongoing commitment to robust risk management. 

This award honours a digital asset exchange that has demonstrated market leadership, innovation, and commitment to building a safe, transparent, and compliant trading environment for its users. The judges evaluated digital asset exchanges with strong governance, effective risk controls, and proactive collaboration with regulators and law enforcement to foster trust and integrity in the digital asset ecosystem. 

Binance was recognised for its proven commitment to strengthening its global compliance programme as it made substantial investments in its compliance technology, personnel, and processes. This includes enhancing its KYC and AML controls, bolstering its transaction monitoring capabilities, and actively partnering with law enforcement agencies globally to combat illicit finance.
