Wolters Kluwer has won Best Capital/Liquidity Management Solution at the 8th Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence 2025 for its OneSumX for Basel solution.

Wolters Kluwer has won Best Capital/Liquidity Management Solution at the 8th Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence 2025 for its OneSumX for Basel solution. The award was presented at a ceremony held in person on 10 November 2025.

This award seeks to recognise solutions that provides exceptional capabilities for financial institutions to manage, measure, and report on their capital and liquidity positions in line with global and local regulatory requirements.

Wolters Kluwer was recognised for OneSumX, a comprehensive, integrated platform that unifies risk, finance, and regulatory reporting. The judges highlighted the solution's broad regulatory coverage, scalable and cloud-agnostic architecture, and forward-looking use of technology. The platform's ability to cover the full spectrum of Basel requirements, from Basel II to Basel IV, along with liquidity metrics such as LCR, NSFR, and IRRBB, was a key factor. The introduction of the OneSumX Gen AI Companion, which uses RAG and LLM technologies to provide real-time regulatory assistance, was also highlighted as a significant innovation.

“Wolters Kluwer's OneSumX for Basel is a standout comprehensive solution, effectively bridging the gap between financial risk management and regulatory reporting for both capital and liquidity,” said a judge on the Regulation Asia Awards panel. “We were particularly impressed by its regulatory breadth, scalability, auditability, and adaptability to an evolving environment. The timely launch of its IRRBB module and Pillar 3 capabilities make it a powerful tool for financial institutions.”

The judging panel also noted Wolter Kluwer's success in helping more than 100 firms meet EBA CRR 3’s COREP reporting timelines, as well as the solution’s proven impact in the APAC region. One case study showed that it helped a leading Australian bank achieve a 40% reduction in reconciliation effort, further highlighting OneSumX's value.
