This recognition was announced at an in-person awards ceremony held on 10 November 2025. 

The Highly Commended honour is awarded to firms that demonstrate exceptional performance, innovation, and client impact, distinguishing themselves as leading contenders in a highly competitive field. 

S&P Global Market Intelligence was recognised for its comprehensive, full-service MCA solution, which provides a validated "golden record" of corporate actions data across global markets. The judges were impressed by the solution's ability to deliver tangible operational efficiencies. The firm's investment in advanced technology, including the use of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for event summarisation and data deduplication, was also highlighted as a key differentiator.
